Zabb PuTawn, New York City’s most authentic destination for Northern and Northeastern Thai cuisine from Michelin-starred Chef Therdtus “Tony” Rittaprom, who learned to cook from his parents in Isan. Zabb PuTawn is a comeback of sorts for Chef Tony who won a Michelin star for his unapologetically Isan fare—Northeastern Thai delicacies like Isan style nam kradook moo, deep fried fermented pork ribs, and gaeng om, a fiery Lao-style chicken soup—at Zabb Elee in Jackson Heights, Queens, in 2015.
